Price listed is the deposit* on this portion of beef. The remainder of the hanging weight cost will be due after the beef is delivered to our butcher.

Each portion yields varied quantities of these standard beef cuts: Ribeye Steak, NY Strip Steak, Sirloin Steak, Filet Mignon, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Beef Ribs, Stew Meat, Ground Beef, Bottom Round Roast.

* Deposit is non-refundable. Please allow 3-4 weeks between reservation date and pick up. All processing dates are tentative until they have occurred. Shipping is not available.
