Sunflower Beef is sold in the following bulk portions:
1/8 Beef • 1/4 Beef • 1/2 Beef • 3/4 Beef • Whole Beef
Each portion yields varied quantities of these standard beef cuts: Ribeye Steak, NY Strip Steak, Sirloin Steak, Filet Mignon, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Beef Ribs, Stew Meat, Ground Beef, Bottom Round Roast
Pricing
The total cost of our beef will include:
- The hanging weight of the bulk beef prior to processing
We require a deposit on all bulk beef, with the remainder of the hanging weight cost due after the beef is delivered to our butcher. Current cost per pound is $5.75. The average hanging weight of a whole Sunflower Beef steer is 740 lbs. - The processing of the beef to your preferred cuts
All processing fees for butchering will be determined and collected separately by our butcher.
All beef is USDA inspected.
How to Order
- Place your order through the link below and pay the deposit* on your bulk beef.
- Once your beef has been delivered to our butcher, we will contact you to collect the balance for the bulk beef.
- Select your beef cuts in coordination with the butcher.
- Pick up and pay for your desired cuts at the butcher.
